Location: Moscow


  • To supervise the accounting department, allocate responsibilities amongst the team and create an environment for professional development including responsibility for their annual appraisals;
  • To act as the first point of contact on all inquires of the Russian tax authorities as well as other state bodies in relation to taxes, accounting and payroll;
  • To ensure compliance with Russian VAT and Profit tax requirements and look for ways to optimize the taxable base;
  • To support and advise local partners and heads of the functional units on financial matters, in particular tax consequences of arrangements with the clients and suppliers;
  • To support the Financial Controller on all issues and inquiries of the World Firm Finance team in relation to taxes (including income tax) and accounting matters;
  • To ensure compliance with transfer pricing rules & regulations according to the firm's global standards and all applicable local requirements;
  • To supervise the payroll function and look for ways to optimize the payroll process including partner remunerations;
  • To support the Financial Controller during monthly, quarterly and annual close of the Firm's accounts, in particular on the matters related to the Russian taxes;
  • To work closely with the Financial Controller on creating and maintaining policies and procedures in the area of accounting and taxes to ensure adequate level of controls in the respective areas;
  • To support the Financial Controller during annual audit of the financial statements as well as internal audit reviews;
  • To assist the Financial Controller in ad hoc projects requiring financial analysis;
  • To manage the annual income tax reporting process with an external tax consultant.


  • You will be an experienced Chief accountant (at least 5 years of overall accounting experience), ideally within an international environment and Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;
  • You will have previously managed a team and through appropriate delegation, ensured all operational financial activities were completed accurately and on time;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks (including those delegated to the team members) and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines;
  • Strong knowledge of Russian taxes and accounting laws;
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP;
  • Upper-intermediate English language skills;
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills;
  • You will be proactive, have a high level of demonstrable organization skills and meticulous attention to detail;
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, partners and clients;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Proficiency in Excel is essential. Prior experience of using Oracle Financials (or similar application) is required;
  • Knowledge of IFRS and external reporting requirements is a plus;
  • Awareness and knowledge of international Tax/VAT issues in the context of a global firm in the professional services sector would be an advantage

The DSM will focus on the daily management of the distributor network which requires strong account management skills and a deep operational understanding of how the channel works and what is required to keep it moving and running efficiently. You will be experienced in driving sales revenue and growth from channel partners and introducing new products and providing training as required. You will be familiar with the levers that drive channel performance as well as the importance of regular reporting and the controls and operational framework required to ensure optimum performance.

  • Execute commercial excellence in account management focused on driving growth strategies with existing distributors, marketing and increasing market share
  • Generate sales and successfully launch new products in the market
  • Effective channel management to ensure that the channel keeps growing in line with the available market.
  • Manage distributor performance through best in class business practice
  • Ensure operational controls are administered and monitored
  • Establish and maintain key relationships at all levels in the distribution organisation, in order to leverage contacts and information
  • Increase channel competitiveness and strength through adequate business enablers (knowledge, skillset, focus, programs)
  • Execute the turnaround of underperforming distributors in the region and analyse cause of underperformance and develop effective countermeasures

Candidate Profile

The successful candidates will have strong experience of business to business sales, gained in a related industrial or technology environment such as packaged electronics or instrumentation organisations. You will have a depth of expertise in managing distributor networks and will have achieved this across the Russian region.

Your knowledge, skills and competencies will include:

  • A relevant degree
  • Experience in channel sales gained in a related industrial or technology environment such as packaged electronics or instrumentation industries
  • Significant experience in managing distributor networks across Russia
  • Working in an international environment with good cross-functional team experience and project management
  • English is intermediate and better

ENTERPRISE  SALES MANAGER  (leading provider of network security and management solutions for enterprise and service provider networks)

Location: Moscow

As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for building up a business pipeline through gaining new customers and accounts and achieving the targets set for you.

Key Responsibilities:                           

  • Making yourself aware of the Company’s product and services capabilities and in particular those specifically relating to your role.
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
